Once you're onboarded, create a new listing from the home page

Upload the relevant documentation, especially your title deed. We cross reference this to publicly available records and.

Sit tight and wait for us to approve your listing!ย This shouldn't take more than 3-5 business days.
๐ You're good to go!
Once you're approved, you're good to go!ย You can move forward to create/transfer a lease (depending on whether you want to find tenants or bring over your existing ones).
