The space to create
Creative workspaces are high-consumption, high-risk environments. Manage the sub-metered power for equipment, hazardous material usage and noise protocols to keep your maker community operational and safe.

We automate the recovery of high-usage electricity costs and manage the usage policies that keep a busy studio complex running smoothly.

/ Frequently Asked Questions
Studio questions
Can I split costs?
Yes. If two artists share a studio, you can list both on the License/Lease, but typically one "Lead Tenant" is responsible for the single monthly payment.
How is electricity billed?
You input the meter readings and the system calculates the cost based on your set kWh rate, adding it to the next rent invoice.
Is it a Lease or License?
Usually a License to Occupy. This keeps it flexible and avoids long-term "Security of Tenure" issues, allowing for easier management of the community mix.
Do you manage open studios?
No. We manage the building, we do not manage public events or ticket sales.
