What lease structures do you support?

We support all standard commercial structures, including Full Repairing & Insuring, and Internal Repairing leases.

Can I offer rent-free periods?

Yes. You can configure "Incentives" in the lease offer. The system will automatically suppress rent invoices for the agreed period.

Who handles shop fit-outs?

The tenant does, but you retain control. They must upload their plans for your approval via the "License to Alert" workflow before they touch the property.

Can I manage mixed-use?

Yes. If you own the flat above the shop, you can manage both the commercial lease and the residential tenancy in the same dashboard.
