Who insures the building?
The landlord insures it, but the tenant pays for it. Our "Insurance Rent" invoice automates this recharge annually.
Do you track inventory?
No. We track the building. We do not integrate with WMS. We don't care about the boxes, only the floor they sit on.
How are repairs handled?
These are typically "Full Repairing & Insuring" leases. The tenant is liable for everything. We allow the owner to inspect and enforce that liability.
What about solar panels?
If you own the roof solar array, you can use our "Utility" module to bill the tenant for the renewable energy generated and consumed on-site.
