What is the typical lease length?
This is long-term housing. Most operators on our platform set a minimum of 6-12 months, but note some jurisdictions don't allow fixed term tenancies and instead operate on a rolling tenancy basis.
Do you handle couples?
Yes. You can add a "Second Tenant" to a Room Lease. The system allows you to adjust the rent to cover the extra utility usage if required.
How is internet managed?
The operator pays the commercial bill and out system recovers the cost via the rent bundle charged to the tenant. You can automate the reconciliation of the billing invoice by forwarding the invoice to a dedicated email or by uploading it to the platform via an API.
What about guest policies?
The operator defines these in the digital lease. You can set limits which residents must digitally sign and acknowledge.
