Hyper-local logistics
Industrial intensity to the high street. Manage high-traffic delivery access, noise compliant mitigation, and planning use-class compliance to keep your 15-minute delivery promise operational.

Turning a shop into a warehouse creates friction. We help you manage the noise, waste, and access issues that threaten your license to operate.

/ Frequently asked questions
Dark store questions
Is it retail or industrial?
Legally, it depends on the "Use Class". Our system allows you to tag the unit with the correct class to ensure you don't breach planning laws.
Do you track the riders?
No. We manage the lease and the building. We do not track the GPS location of the delivery bikes.
Who pays for waste?
The tenant generates it, so they pay. You can manage the contract and recharge it, or force them to have their own direct contract (uploaded to compliance).
Can I evict for noise?
Only if the lease has a "Nuisance" clause. Our incident log provides the evidence trail you need to enforce that clause.
