Who calculates Turnover Rent?
The retailer submits their sales figures, the system checks the lease formula, and generates the invoice for you to send.
Do you hold the deposit?
No. We are a ledger, not a bank. Owners hold the funds in their custodial account or via a bank guarantee; we just track the digital proof that it exists.
How are marketing levies handled?
Owners set the budget. Tenant's pay an "On Account" amount monthly or quarterly alongside their rent, which goes into your designated marketing fund.
Can I manage mixed use?
Yes. If your mall has offices or apartments above it, our "Multi-Asset" structure allows you to manage the residential and commercial units in the same dashboard.
