Do you support academic leases?

Our lease engine supports both fixed term and rolling contracts dependent on what is legally mandated in the jurisdiction.

How do international guarantors work? 

A guarantor can sign a legally binding document via our platform from anywhere, provided they pass the appropriate affordability and KYC checks.

Can I rent by bed?

Yes. You can list individual "beds" within a "shared unit". Each bed gets it's own lease, while the common area is shared.

How do you handle summer voids?

You can switch leasing modes. During summer breaks, list units on our marketplace for short term stays (internships/summer school) to maximise occupancy year round. Note: This capability is only available strictly for student housing.
