/ Cold Storage
Critical temperature assets
Cold storage is an energy-intensive asset class. Manage high-volume utility recharging, refigeration plant maintenance cycles, and thermal compliance logs to protect the infrastructure that keeps the cold chain intact.

Refrigeration burns cash. We automate the recovery of massive electricity costs and track the maintenance that prevents catastrophic plant failure.

Cold chain confidence

Utility Transparency
View itemised utility invoices based on sub-meter readings so you can audit your running costs.

Temperature Audits
Upload your monthly temperature data logs to create an immutable record that the facility has maintained contract conditions.

Emergency Response
Log "Critical Plant Failure" tickets that bypass standard support queues, alerting the facility management team instantly.

Plant performance
Maintain the machinery that drives the yield
Plant Maintenance Cycles
Track the service intervals for condensers, evaporators, and ammonia plants. Ensure vendors upload "Service Sheets" to prove the equipment is compliant.

Utility Apportionment
The system calculates cost allocation based on "Cubic Volume Occupied" or sub-metered usage, ensuring fair recovery of the energy bill.

Thermal Fabric Checks
Insulation degrades. Schedule annual inspections of the building envelope to identify thermal leaks, logging repairs to panels or door seals to keep energy costs down.

Ammonia Safety
Industrial refrigeration often uses hazardous chemicals. Store certificates and assessments in the building compliance vault to satisfy health and safety inspectors.

/ Asset integrity
Defending the envelope
Cold storage buildings are sealed units. We help you maintain the integrity of the box.
Door Maintenance: Track repair cycles for high-speed roller doors.
Underfloor Heating: Monitor maintenance of heater mats that prevent permafrost heave.
Roof Integrity: Log inspections for the insulated roof panels.

Cold storage is half real estate, half machine. We built the ledger to manage the intense utility costs and mechanical maintenance that standard warehouse software ignores.

/ frequently asked questions
Cold chain questions
Do you monitor temperature in real time?
No. We are the ledger. The owner or the tenant upload the compliance logs from your separate SCADA systems. We track the audit trail, not the live sensor.
How is electricity billed?
You input the meter readings. For shared plants, we use an allocation key (eg. volume occupied) to split the central bill between tenants.
Who maintains the fridge plant?
Usually the landlord maintains the central plant, and the cost is recovered via a Service Charge. Our "Maintenance" module handles these work orders.
Do you track food inventory?
No. We track the the building and the furnishings, we do not track the food pallets inside.
