We can help you serve the correct notice to quit to ensure vacant possession for a standard sale. In the event that you sell the property with the tenant, we provide a way you can transfer ownership of the property to the new individual/entity.

Do I need special insurance?

Can I leave my furniture there?

How much tax will I pay?
