Pet Policy Questions

Does "Pet Friendly" mean all pets?

Not always. Landlords can set specific rules (e.g. "Cats Only" or "Dogs under 15kg"). Our filters allow you to see these specific restrictions upfront.

Can a landlord change their mind later?

No. Once a lease is signed, the tenancy agreement is a contract. They cannot revoke permission unless there is proven negligence/damage.

What about assistance animals?

Service and assistance animals are exempt from pet fees and restrictions globally. You can flag this during verification to waive all pet-related costs.

How many pets can I have?
