Do you handle patient data?

No. We are a property management platform. We touch the building, the lease, and the compliance, we do not touch EMR, patient records, or appointment bookings.  

How is clinical waste billed?

The operator manages the building-wide contract. The cost is then recharged to the specific tenants who generate the waste via the Service Charge engine.

Can I lease individual rooms?

Yes. You can issue "Sessional Licenses" for individual consultation rooms to doctors, while managing the common area costs centrally.

Do you track hazardous materials?

We track the compliance documents regarding them, but we do not track the inventory of the materials themselves.
