Do you manage public parking?
No. We manage B2B fleet depots and industrial storage. We do not integrate withticket machines or consumer payment apps.
Who maintains the surface?
Typically the landlord maintains the structural tarmac and drainage, recharging the cost via a Service Charge. Tenants are responsible for spillages.
Can I lease just one bay?
Yes, but our system is optimised for "Block Parking". If you lease single bays, you simple define them as smaller Units in the property tree.
How do you handle security?
We manage the contract for security. We do not provide the guards or the cameras ourselves.
