In most industrial leases, the tenant is responsible. Our system routes these maintenance tasks to them, but you retain oversight to ensure the work is done.
How do you handle EV charging?
We handle the billing. You input the meter readings, and we calculate the recharge amount for the tenant's invoice.
Can I charge for yard space?
Yes. You can create separate "Licenses" for external yard storage or parking, independent of the main building lease.
Do you integrate with fleet software?
