Kitchen questions

Who pays for extraction cleaning?

Typically the operator manages the contract for the whole building to ensure safety, and then recharges the costs to tenants via the Service Charge.

How are utilities billed?

The operator enters the readings and the system automatically bills the tenant for their exact usage.

Is it a Lease or a License?

Most ghost kitchens use a License to Occupy. This offers less security of tenure than a lease but allows for much faster flexibility and turnover.

Do you handle food orders?

No. We manage the building, the food orders are handles by the resident's delivery platforms.
